We've equipped this bottle with different caps for various usage scenarios, you can choose as needed:
The first cap adopts a theft-proof design. Once opened, the theft-proof ring will fall off and to prevent bursting, it has been reinforced.
This cap comes with an aluminum foil gasket, which is our patented product, composed of foamed plastic and aluminum foil, with a high barrier layer on the surface, suitable for storing most chemicals and foods such as strong acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents.
The aluminum foil gasket can be sealed using an electromagnetic induction sealing machine. If the pad is damaged, simply tighten the bottle cap, and it can achieve complete sealing, making it convenient for you to use repeatedly.
The second cap is equipped with an inner cap. If you don't need a gasket, or your product has a low ignition point and is prone to explosion, then we recommend you use the inner cap. Please note that the inner cap is not suitable for products of organic solvent type.
The third cap is a thickened inner ring cap, its sealing effect is particularly good, suitable for silicone oil products and products that generate higher pressure.
The fourth cap is a breathable cap. If your product is a strong oxidant, such as hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, etc., or fermented products that produce large amounts of gas, then we recommend you use this breathable cap.
The fifth is a childproof cap, its opening method is to press hard first, then unscrew, which can effectively prevent children from accidentally opening the cap and causing accidents.
